INSPECTION (RVI)

Alpha Energy offer Remote Visual Inspection (RVI) services, or equipment only rental, using the state of the art XLG3 Endoscope  system from GE.

The XLG3 includes the latest videoscope digital recording capability a huge leap forward in the inspection and fault finding technology of the past.

Our thorough inspections include:

• Gearbox.
• Generator.
• Bearings.
• Electrical, HV inspections.

As well as RVI, we provide a full inspection portfolio where required including:

• Vibration Analysis.
• Thermal Imaging inspections.
• Visual Inspections.
• Oil and Magnetic Particle Sampling and Testing.
• Detailed Reports (including customer specific reporting procedures.)

Our operators have extensive experience in the Wind and Power generation, Oil and Gas and Marine sectors worldwide.

In addition, any customer specific inspection requirements and procedures can be incorporated into our inspection and inspection reports.
